Client Description:

One of the nation’s Top 100 Credit Unions and serves almost 250,000 members in the United States and Puerto Rico. They offer a full suite of deposit and loan products, as well as remote member access via multiple digital-first channels.

Business Challenge:

The client was implementing two Enterprise-wide initiatives – migrating their core system from On-Premise hosting to cloud hosting and migrating to virtual Windows 10 desktops in a private Azure cloud. Both projects required understanding changes in the end user experience. The client did not have performance testing experience or in-house resources. Assistance was requested to define their testing strategy, manage the test execution tasks and resources, and evaluate the test results.

  • Configured the performance testing infrastructure (e.g. test environments) to accomplish the project goals​
  • Managed the off-site engineering team and their deliverables​
  • Improved the quality of the performance testing scripts through reviews and coding assistance​
  • Edited presentation content to improve the quality of final review deliverables
