Client Description:

Large Credit Union in Pennsylvania with over $5 billion in assets and serving over 450,000 members.

Business Challenge:

Client’s requirements involved converting their Core System to Corelation Keystone. The project impacted multiple departments throughout the organization and required a substantial amount of testing to ensure the software is production-ready. The client did not have enough resources in their business units to plan, prepare, execute, and track the hundreds of test cases that are required to fully test the new core system. Support was needed for Credit Services, Transaction Services, Digital Banking and the credit union’s public Marketing website.
