Client Description:

Midwest Credit Union providing a robust suite of financial services products and solutions, including mortgage services, to its base of nearly 250,000 members. Client has more than 55 Service Center locations and strongly supports digital-first technologies.

Business Challenge:

Client sought more flexibility and an enhanced end-user experience in their mortgage loan origination process. To achieve this, they decided to convert to a software with robust configuration capabilities. The Client required support to develop a test strategy, author test cases, and oversee the business unit resources who would be executing them.

  • Defined processes, activities, tasks, and tools to be utilized
  • Conducted interviews with Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Closers to understand conversion requirements for test planning
  • Provided a resource plan as defined in the Test Strategy

  • Led a daily call to review defects, testing status, software updates, vendor feedback, risk management, and develop contingency plans
