Agile Multi-Site Delivery with the Nearshore Advantage
A client needed to introduce a common web platform to a number of its subsidiaries while also rolling out key enhancements to registration and billing functionality. Olenick was engaged to verify this platform against a common set of web browsers and mobile devices while assuring high-quality project delivery. An Olenick team of almost 30 software QA-Test consultants across five locations – Chicago, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Buenos Aires, and Belfast provided a multi-site solution for a public facing website.
Olenick provided onsite support at three client locations and also provided delivery support from Buenos Aires and Belfast to help achieve the client’s cost and timeline parameters. The Olenick team conducted system integration testing, UAT, browsers and device testing to ensure websites for each subsidiaries had consistent functionality and look and feel.
In addition to the multi-site nature of the project, an Agile methodology was used to deliver this solution. Olenick was able to leverage the shared work hours across all five locations to facilitate daily SCRUM meetings.
