Olenick & Associates
(O&A) was established in October 1998 to provide clients with the tools needed to
guide their software development projects to a successful
conclusion. O&A offers software testing, project management and IT infrastructure consulting
support to clients which gives them the ability to
complete software projects with clear and undeniable
evidence of success; success measured in terms of
quality, cost, and timeliness. Our services are wrought
from experiences in every facet of software development.
A typical project in which O&A
becomes involved is one in need of specialized software
testing services. The project incorporates business
users and software developers who are working together
to design and implement a large system driven by
a critical business need. The project involves relational
database, client-server and/or Internet-enabled applications
that interact to implement our client's business
vision.
O&A’s role
in a typical project ranges from customizing and
implementing a testing and project management approach
to facilitating and leading requirements discovery
sessions; from managing an entire project, to supplying
software test consultants who join preexisting test
teams. Often times, O&A teams not only add value through our software testing and project management
services, but also through our ability to "bridge the gap" between and "speak the language" of both software end-users and developers.
Our experience is why we can provide pragmatic solutions
to any challenges that a project team may encounter
without the use of inflexible rote methods. Our primary
clients are information system divisions within companies
or software development firms that create commercial
products.

O&A has
